This program is for beginners where the fundamental principles of “The Gentle Art” (meaning of Jiu-Jitsu) will be taught alongside core values. Class structure is formed around a warm-up, techniques and partner drilling.
In our advanced program, the students will continue to perfect techniques from the the basic program while incorporating more advanced ones. Adding drills that will help develop smooth transitions of positions, this program will bring your game to the next level and increase the bond between training partners. It will also give you great understanding about the Jiu-Jitsu philosophy which includes a healthy lifestyle and the respect for others.
We call it Cross Striking Program, because the name says it all. This is where Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA meet. Our goal is to get you sweating and achieving a great workout. Basically getting or staying in good shape while learning how to defend yourself.
