Biography
My name is Professor Sean, and I’m a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who has been training for 17 years. I first got into Jiu-Jitsu through my best friend, Ruran Gracie, whose father, Renzo Gracie, owns a Jiu-Jitsu academy. It was something I had always been interested in, so I decided to give it a try, and I ended up really enjoying it. From there, I just kept training and learning, and Jiu-Jitsu became a big part of my life. Over the years, it has helped me build character, stay disciplined, and push myself to achieve my goals. Teaching is important to me because I get to pass along everything I’ve learned throughout my own journey and help others grow through Jiu-Jitsu. It’s rewarding to watch students improve, gain confidence, and accomplish things they may not have thought they were capable of. Jiu-Jitsu has had such a positive impact on my life, and being able to share that with others is something that means a lot to me.
