Biography
I am Professor Fujita, and I have been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 26 years and am currently a black belt. I originally started training as a way to step outside of my comfort zone, become less introverted, and build more confidence in myself. Over the years, Jiu-Jitsu has taught me many valuable lessons, but one of the most important is that in order to grow and evolve, you first have to be willing to recognize your own flaws and then put in the work to improve them. That lesson has changed not only the way I approach Jiu-Jitsu, but also my perspective on life. Through my journey, Jiu-Jitsu has helped me become more confident, understand myself on a deeper level, and strengthen my connection with God. Teaching is especially important to me because it is the way I have found to give back and make a positive difference in the world. By sharing the lessons and values that Jiu-Jitsu has given me, I hope to help my students grow, overcome their own challenges, and become better versions of themselves both on and off the mats.
